Clubworld Travel TikTok Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Clubworld Travel with its registered office at 26 William Street, Lurgan, Co Armagh, BT66 6JA.
("Clubworld Travel", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
● The competition is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Clubworld Travel, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
● By entering this competition, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
● We reserve the right to require proof of eligibility.
3. How to Enter
● The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
● To enter, participants must follow the instructions detailed on the official Clubworld Travel TikTok competition post, which typically include: ● Following the official Clubworld Travel TikTok account (@clubworldtravel) ○ Liking the competition post ○ Tagging Three Friends in the comments section of the post
● The competition opens on 15th July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31st August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Selection of Winner
● The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
● The winner will be drawn on 1st September 2025.
● The winner will be notified by direct message on TikTok within 7 days of the draw.
● If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
5. Prize
● The prize is as described on the competition post. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
● The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
● Clubworld Travel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. Your Data
● By entering this competition, you agree that Clubworld Travel may use your name, TikTok handle and entry content for publicity purposes (including social media, website, or press), provided you give explicit consent in compliance with data protection laws.

● Clubworld Travel reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these terms and conditions if necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
● The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
● This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. You are providing your information to Clubworld Travel and not to TikTok.
8. Liability
● In so far as permitted by law, Clubworld Travel will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where caused by our negligence.
